Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This privacy policy explains what information Sofia Digital Marketing collects through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website.

Information you give us

When you fill in a form or book a call, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, email address, phone number, business name, business website, the services you’re interested in, the marketing you do today, whether you use a CRM, and any notes you add.

We use this information to respond to you, set up and hold the meeting you asked for, and work with you if you become a client. Unless you ask us not to, we may also email you about our services or changes to this policy.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site collects some information when you visit:

  • How you found us. Campaign tags in the link you followed (such as UTM parameters), ad click IDs, the website that referred you, the page you landed on and the pages you viewed. If you send a form or book a call, this information is saved with your details so we know which marketing brought you to us.
  • How the site is used. Pages visited, time on the site, clicks and scrolling, and basic device and browser information such as your IP address, browser type and operating system.

We collect this with cookies and similar technologies, described below.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Necessary functions. Keeping the site working, remembering your theme and privacy choices, and protecting our forms from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • Analytics. Understanding how visitors use the site so we can improve it, using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records how visitors move through pages, such as clicks and scrolling.
  • Marketing. Measuring our ads, showing our ads to people who have visited this site (remarketing), and recording where visitors came from. Our advertising platforms, Google Ads (including YouTube ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), may set their own cookies for this.

These are on by default. You can turn analytics and marketing off at any time with the Your privacy choices link at the bottom of every page.

Your privacy choices

  • Opt out on this site. Use the Your privacy choices link at the bottom of any page to turn off analytics, marketing, or both. Your choice is saved in your browser for one year, and our Google tags respect it.
  • Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of marketing and advertising cookies, including remarketing.
  • Ad settings and browser settings. You can also manage ads personalization in your Google account’s ad settings and in Meta’s ad preferences, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Opting out on one browser or device doesn’t carry over to others.

Who we share information with

We don’t sell your personal information for money. We share information only with the service providers that run this website and our business, including:

  • HighLevel, our CRM, where form submissions and bookings are stored.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts the website and runs our spam check.
  • Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads, including YouTube ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads) and Microsoft (Clarity), for analytics and advertising as described above.
  • YouTube, if you choose to play a video. Videos load only after you click play.

Using advertising cookies to show you our ads on other sites (remarketing) can count as “sharing” for targeted advertising under some US state privacy laws. You can opt out of it as described above.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Your access to and control over your information

You can contact us at any time, using the contact form or the phone number at the bottom of this page, to:

  • See what information we have about you, if any.
  • Correct any information we have about you.
  • Have us delete the information we have about you.
  • Stop receiving emails or calls from us.
  • Raise any concern about how we use your information.

How long we keep information

We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to respond to you and work with you, or as required by law. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the settings of the providers listed above.

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. This website uses encryption (https) to protect information sent through it. Only people who need your information to do their job have access to it.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
