The simple rules.

  • Refer as many as you like

    There’s no limit on referrals over the life of your engagement.

  • One credit per month

    Land several referrals and the credits apply across consecutive months.

  • Capped at your retainer

    The most you’ll receive in any month is one month free. Any excess isn’t carried over.

  • Applies to your retainer

    Credit is for recurring retainer services — not setup fees, ad spend, or third-party software.

  • Must be a net-new business

    The referral should be new to Sofia Digital Marketing, with no contract or proposal with us in the past 12 months.

  • Active clients in good standing

    Open to current clients with no past-due invoices. (Businesses you own don’t qualify.)

What if I refer a bigger account than my own?

You’ll receive one full month free. The credit is capped at your own retainer, and the difference isn’t banked or carried forward — but you’ll still get a month on us.

When exactly is my credit earned?

Once your referral has paid their first full month’s retainer. We then apply the credit to your very next monthly invoice.

What if the business I referred starts at a smaller package?

Your credit is based on what they actually pay in their first month, so it always reflects the real amount.

What happens if they leave after a month or two?

You keep your credit. Once it’s earned, it’s yours — we don’t claw it back.

Can the credit be paid out in cash?

Credits apply to your retainer invoices rather than converting to cash, and unused credits don’t carry over if your engagement ends.
